For a printable schedule of Hill Country meetings you may open and download the monthly HCANA 11×17 Meeting Schedule January 2012 . The actual paper size is AA3 11×17 or Tabloid; most home or office printers can not accommodate this size paper. To print, use legal size paper and set your printer output to custom size legal (8.5″ x 14″). The schedule is intended to be printed double sided, then folded in half with the Hill Country meetings and front page on the outside, then tri-folded by columns.
Please note that as a courtesy to members of the Hill Country Area, we include the Esperanza Area and Central Texas Area meetings as well. Be sure to call the help line for the meetings listed. It is the nature for meetings to change times and locations.
